Bookings are deemed to be placed with ISUPPORTCAR Car Wash on driving into the car park, and booking a wash with one of our operators. Bookings may also be made by calling the site phone and speaking to the supervisor. Payment is made using cash or Credit/Debit card (Subject to availability). ISUPPORTCAR reserves the right to cancel or restrict bookings subject to availability
PRICINGAll prices are listed on our service menu which can be found on the site and is listed in INR . We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.Price will very on teritory basis.
PAYMENTYou are required to make the payment for your car wash/valet when you return to pick up your vehicle, at the price set out in our service menu.But company service charge/Booking amount will pay prior online to the company account.Any amount unpaid will result in us retaining your vehicle and not releasing it until you have made payment in full to us. Your vehicle will remain with us, at your risk, until any such late payment is received.
LIABILITYWe will perform the services selected by you from our service menu with all reasonable skill and care.
Whilst the company shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its servants or agents shall take reasonable care of the vehicle whilst in its custody (including without limitation where the vehicle is washed and cleaned), the company shall not be liable for:
- Damage to, loss of the vehicle or any part of it, or any of its accessories or any of its content and/or Damage to any other property, arising from, or in connection with the company’s custody of the vehicle
Where such liability is proved to arise, and only to the extent it is proven to arise, as a result of negligence, a criminal act or breach of statutory duty on the part of the company or its servants or agents.
In addition, the company accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage, however caused, resulting from or in connection with the seizure of the vehicle by the police, CUSTOM & Excise or any person lawfully authorised to do so.
The servants or agents of the company have no authority to accept any valuables or other articles for safe custody and the Company will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any such articles which a CUSTOMER purports to leave in the safe custody or keeping of the company, its servants or agents.
Customers are requested to deposit their valuables in a safe deposit box or other secure place prior to leaving the vehicle in the Company's custody.
You must disclose to us all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the services prior to our commencing with the cleaning process.
We do not undertake to insure your vehicle against loss while it is in our possession.
Insurance of your vehicle is at all times your responsibility.
Any complaints about our work cannot be considered unless reported prior to departing the car park.
You will be liable to us for any death, injury or damage suffered by us or our staff attributable to any defect in your vehicle or any harmful contents.
It should be noted that polish and other cleaning products can be slippery and extreme caution should be exercised when collecting your vehicle.
We accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage caused as a consequence of failing to heed this warning.
Old or non original paintwork can be damaged in the cleaning process. All such defects shall be indicated to our staff prior to commencement of the cleaning process.
Child seats and booster seats must be refitted by you. We will not be able to refit seats under any circumstances.
You confirm that you have a spare set of keys for the vehicle and that we shall not be liable for loss or damage caused to you or the vehicle by our losing the keys or locking them in the vehicle.
Older cars may have weaker plastics and we agree to provide the services at your risk in respect of vehicles over 3 years old.
Our determination of the size category of your vehicle with regard to the price list shall be final and binding
PRIVACYAny payment or booking information provided to us, will only be used by us and will not be distributed or given to any other organisation.

YouThe CUSTOMER , we make the agreement with, including any persons we reasonably believe is acting with the customer’s authority or knowledge.
Term and Condition:
FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
? Isupportcar shall provide service within the municipal limits of the city.
? No. of Services to be provided as per the packages for enrolled customer.
? Membership is valid for depending upon the package for which the customer is enrolled from the date of activation, provided the membership is not cancelled/terminated before the date of expiry term.
? If the Covered Vehicle has a punctured or burst tyre, ‘ Isupportcar’ will take care of changing it with the spare tyre carried in the Member’s vehicle. In a case where spare tyre cannot be used we shall either tow the vehicle to nearest tyre repair shop or accompany the Member to nearest tyre repair shop and back to vehicle. The Member shall have to pay directly to the tyre repair shop/ towing vendor.
? Services entitled to the customer can be refused or cancelled on account of abusive behavior, fraudulent representation, malicious intent or refusal to pay for any charges related to services and spare parts, during service or on previous occasion, by the customer.
? Arrangement of fuel. ( Fuel cost will be chargeable at actual cost).
? Our business/Support team shall contact you for promotional call, service feedback, renewals and sales in business hour’s in working days.
? It is mandatory for the customer to produce either the helpline card/Sticker for availing the services.
? If the vehicle is repairable on road, free towing/dropping will not be provided.
? In case of major breakdown , our team shall help you in towing to the nearest service station (whichever is less.) , towing charges is chargeable for Rs.1200 upto 5KM’s, beyond the permissible limit, the extra @ Rs.40/- per k.m. shall be charged.
? Towing is free upto 30KM’s in case if customer opted for membership which gives towing facility.
? Helpline services are only for the vehicle, not for the person.
? Vehicles less than 10 years and which are not used for commercial purpose shall only be entitled for the membership.
? Company will try the level best and will try to ensure about the provision of services within the stipulated time of 60 minutes; however the company is not responsible for any delay caused by conditions beyond the control of company like traffic jams, riots, road block, route diversions, rain etc.
? Towing shall be provided by our fleet of vans/cars to vehicles which are easily towable else customer vehicle has/can to be towed with crane at additional cost.*
? Company has the authorization to add or change any or all the terms and conditions at its own discretion at any time without any prior intimation.
? 45-60 Mins TAT is applicable in case of trial offer.
? Company has the authorization to add or change any or all the terms and conditions at its own direction at any time without any prior intimation.
